AdmiralSpot is an online casino that deals with a wide range of currencies and payment systems, including bitcoin, and has a good selection of games.
The euro (EU) is the main currency at AdmiralSpot, but they also accommodate PLN, USD, GBP as well as bitcoin. The casino welcomes bitcoin players from around the globe, and it is viewable in 11 languages.
Open since 2017, AdmiralSpot casino is operated by Seymour B.V. and licensed in Curacao.
BTC / Crypto Deposits and Withdrawals
Along with bitcoin, AdmiralSpot Casino accepts fiat currency through Visa card, the e-wallets Skrill, Neteller and Click & Buy, and through bank transfer. You can deposit and withdraw with any of them.
But first, to join up, simply click on Register on the main page, and you will get a prompt to fill in your email (phone number is optional), select a currency and create a password.
When you are registered and signed in, a page will come up offering you deposit options for your currency and/or payment system. It includes prompts for bonus options and an amount for deposit. If you are depositing in bitcoin, fill in the amount in mBTC and click on Deposit. Then a bitcoin address to send your money, and a QR code for mobile scanning will come up.
Copy the address into your personal bitcoin wallet and send with the amount. Within seconds, your AdmiralSpot Casino account will reflect your deposit, and you’ll be ready to play casino games for real money.
You can deposit as much as €5,000 worth of bitcoin or as little as €10 worth.
On your account page dropdown is a Withdrawal option. Click on that and you get a prompt that explains the 10 mBTC and 5,000 mBTC minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, and the 48 hours processing time. You will see a Payment Canal space where you will provide your bitcoin address, and a space for the amount. Fill in those, and your money will be on its way to you.
We did not test the 48-hour thing, but we suspect that this is for blockchain confirmations and to give you time to go back on your withdrawal decision, as many casinos do.
AdmiralSpot Casino should charge you no fee for deposits or withdrawals, but we suggest you check with your wallet provider for possible fees there.
You should also make sure that you have met any requirements for bonuses you agree to before you withdraw.
AdmiralSpot Casino Bonus
AdmiralSpot offers a series of bonuses that award you for deposits and for recruiting other real money players. There is also a no deposit bonus available that varies in value and comes with a 100 times rollover requirement and a €15 cash out limit.
The first deposit bonus is a 100% match for up to €500 or its equivalent. It requires you to wager 25 times the bonus plus deposit amount. For example, if you deposit €200, AdmiralSpot gives you another €200 to make your total balance €400. You must then bet €10,000 (25 x 400 = 10,000) in order to withdraw any bonus money. You have a month (30 days) to complete the bonus requirement.
You also get a 10% match for up to €250 for each of your ensuing deposits. That comes with a playthrough requirement of 50 times the bonus amount only.
The friend referral bonus is a straight-up €10 reward for every recruit that deposits at least €20. It is verified through name and email address. This bonus also comes with a 50x playthrough requirement.
Keep in mind that slots and keno games are the only games in which your wagers count 100% toward the requirements for each of the bonuses. Poker and Sic-Bo games count 50%; roulette, 30%; and blackjack, 10%.
You can find complete details of each bonus in the AdmiralSpot Promotions section, under the Details section for each offer.
AdmiralSpot did not have a loyalty rewards program when we visited.
Game Selection and Software
The casino has more than 100 games from the Wazdan software provider, a brand uncommon to many players, but with plenty of lively games. You can play them for free if you are signed up, and the games we played loaded swiftly and played with ease.
The AdmiralSpot Casino games menu includes the categories of Slot Machines, Roulette and Table Games, and Video Poker. You can also scroll the All Games category or search for a favorite by title. Each game has a small “i” icon where you can find details of payouts and rules.
Slots make up about half of the games, with a variety of themes, paylines and reels available. Titles such as Magic Fruits, Football Mania, and Highway to Hell give you an idea of the variety of themes.
We did not see a jackpot category, but the games pages have a scroll with recent big winners, usually in the hundreds of euros.
The roulette and table games include blackjack, roulette, Caribbean Poker and a bingo game.
Under the Video Poker category are a series of games with unconventional titles and payouts.
There are no live dealer games at AdmiralSpot Casino.
For people who like to play games with iPhone, iPad, Android or other mobile device, AdmiralSpot casino for mobile is available. The mobile version works well with most devices. Just direct your browser to admiralspot.com, sign in and click on a game to play for free or for real money. We suggest you play a few games for free before depositing.
Provably Fair Games
AdmiralSpot Casino mentions nothing about provably fair games in the bitcoin sense. But we noticed that their software provider Wazdan has a license with the UK Gambling Commission, and that’s about as good as it gets in terms of verifying fairness. Also, AdmiralSpot’s licensing jurisdiction requires third-party testing of games. The information section that accompanies many of the games is accompanied by an RTP (return to player) percentage rating, too.
The casino has a General Guidance section that covers basics, but there are plenty of avenues for input and feedback. There is a Complaints section that explains procedures for taking up issues. In the Contact Us section are Email and Live Chat areas to pose questions. They also mention a phone service but do not list the number.
AdmiralSpot is relatively new on the scene, but has gained a lot of positive attention. We concur. Though we were not familiar with the Wazdan brand, this is a nice selection of games that we had little problem playing. We also like their connection to the Gambling Commission.
With the fair bonus requirements and solid support, this is easily as good a stop as any for a casino that offers a range of currencies and payment systems. Give AdmiralSpot a close look.
