Bitcoin Rush Review
Bitcoin Rush is an all-cryptocurrency casino and sportsbook that accepts PIVX and Aidos Kuneen (ADK) currencies as well as bitcoin (BTC). It has a limited number of games, and all of them are provably fair.
The Bitcoin Rush sportsbook takes wagers on major sports, including live betting on some.
Established in 2013, Bitcoin Rush welcomes players worldwide, including players from the USA and UK. There is no indication of licensing.
BTC / Crypto Deposits and Withdrawals
Bitcoin Rush’s stated goal is to offer play without registering, but when we visited, a simple registration was still required to play for bitcoin. You click on Register, provide an email address and create a username and password. That’s it.
Then to deposit, you sign-in, click the Account Actions link at the top right of your screen and choose Deposit. You will see the casino’s bitcoin address to copy and paste into your personal wallet. When you send from your wallet, your account will be credited almost immediately. Your bitcoin will be converted to credits which you will use for the games. The minimum deposit is 1 mBTC.
Withdrawing from Bitcoin Rush is essentially the reverse of depositing. You go to Account Actions, then click Withdrawal, and proceed to fill out how much you wish to take out and the bitcoin address from your wallet. Because the casino sometimes needs to move bitcoin from their cold wallet, large withdrawal amounts may take up to 24 hours to get to your wallet.
Bitcoin Rush Bonuses & Rewards
Bitcoin Rush does not offer any welcome bonus or other special bonuses, so you don’t have to worry about wagering to meet bonus requirements.
Instead, they have a tiered VIP Program that rewards you mBTC based on your wagering. The mBTC or VIP points you earn come without restrictions.
The four tiered program starts you at the Red level, and you get 1 point for every mBTC you wager. When you earn 20 mBTC, you rise to the White tier and get 1.5 points for each mBTC. Then 250 mBTC gets you to the Black level and moves the multiplier to 2 points on the mBTC. The 1,000 mBTC of Gold is the highest level, where you begin getting 2.5 times your wagering.
We didn’t visit the site long enough to rate this system, but we may come back, because it seems to be the most fair and up front rewards system we’ve seen.
We could find no other perks or special offers, though.
Casino Games and Software
There were only five casino games at Bitcoin Rush when we were there, but they are all games that typically offer high return to player (RTP) percentages. There are no slots.
You can try the games for free, and we found that they all come up quickly and play smoothly.
The blackjack game is a typical casino table type game, offering 3:2 on blackjack, and you can split two hands, and double down on splits.
The roulette game offers a 10 credit maximum bet on inside plays and 100 on outside plays.
Baccarat has a 5% commission on Banker Wins.
The video poker game at Bitcoin Rush is a Jacks or Better game that pays 4-1 on a straight, 6-1 on a flush and 250-1 on a royal.
There is a HI-Lo game that gives you 12 cards to guess. As you correctly pick high or low on the next card, your balance increases, but if you guess incorrectly the game is over. You can cash out at any point.
Bitcoin Rush is technically accessible with your mobile device by going to bitcoinrush.io with your browser. But you’ll probably find it impractical. It took us a long time to load the site on a smartphone, and when it came up, it didn’t come close to fitting the screen. Play was near impossible. So, we won’t recommend this casino for playing with an iPhone, Android or other phone. If you have an iPad or other e-tablet, you might give it a try, but we won’t guarantee anything.
Provably Fair Games
Each game at Bitcoin Rush comes with a provably fair button that takes you to the seed and hash secret details of the previous and next hands or plays. You can get this tool even when you play for free.
Bitcoin Rush has an email support service through [email protected]. The site states: “We take great pride in ensuring all inquiries are answered in 24 hours or less.” Their Help section has a few FAQ questions, but that is it. There is no live chat.
This is one of the few bitcoin sportsbooks that has provably fair tools on the casino side. And the rewards program appears to be a good one. Those are things on the plus side. On the minus side, there just aren’t that many games. The lack of licensing, the fact that they have limited support outlets and their Terms section is sketchy, doesn’t bode too well for them either.
Sports bettors who might like to drop by the casino occasionally, may find this a good stop. But we wouldn’t recommend casino players put a lot of bitcoin into this one.
